It was some modification of Coat of Arms of Duchy of Warsaw but not from this site. template PD-Polishsymbol is possible. Mathiasrex (talk) 13:23, 5 February 2012 (UTC)

No, it is not possible, because this pattern was created by author of book, not by You. This particularly pattern wasn't published by the Government of Duchy of Warsaw or other executive powers. Also wasn't created before 1942. JDavid (talk) 13:47, 5 February 2012 (UTC)
